I bring my experience as a national-level referee to your training, ensuring every lift you make meets official competition standards. Let's get you platform-ready.

The atmosphere of a competition is electric. Here, an athlete prepares for and executes a heavy clean and jerk, a moment that tests both physical preparation and mental toughness.

As a referee, I have a deep understanding of the rules and technical requirements of weightlifting. This role allows me to coach my athletes with precision, ensuring their lifts meet competition standards.

Here I am serving as a referee for the Delhi University sports quota weightlifting trials. It is an honor to help identify the next generation of talented lifters and ensure a fair evaluation process.

Coaching on competition day involves strategy, encouragement, and technical cues. I work closely with my athletes between attempts to make sure they are primed for success on the platform.

A crucial part of coaching is the final preparation and encouragement right before an athlete steps onto the platform. My goal is to ensure they are confident and focused.

A proud moment, presenting a medal to a winning athlete at the Delhi State Weightlifting Championship. Seeing lifters achieve their goals is what makes coaching so rewarding.

It is an honor to be recognized for my contributions to the sport. Holding these medals and the plaque from a competition reminds me of the dedication it takes from both athletes and coaches.

I was honored to be a Guest of Honour at the Delhi State Weightlifting Championship. Being part of the official proceedings is a privilege and a responsibility I take seriously.

A moment from the referee's table during a weightlifting competition. My focus is always on upholding the standards of the sport and ensuring fair play for every athlete.

Serving as the center referee during the Civil Services tournament. My experience as a competitor and coach informs every call I make, ensuring technical precision is recognized.

About Competition & Refereeing

Competition is about more than strength, it is about playing by the rules. When I coach you, I analyze your lifts with the same eye I use as a referee. We fix your bar path, timing, and grip before you even step onto the platform, so you do not lose points on minor technical fouls that can cost you a medal.

Why Your Technique Needs a Referee's Eye

Most athletes train to move heavy weight, but they forget that weightlifting is a sport of precision. As a national-level referee, I have officiated events ranging from Delhi University sports quota trials to civil services tournaments. I see lifters lose opportunities every day because of 'no-lifts' caused by soft elbows, early press-outs, or incorrect starts.

When you train with me, I bring that officiating standard to your daily sessions. We do not just guess; we use frame-by-frame analysis to correct your bar path and triple extension. If your technique is not competition-legal, it does not matter how much weight is on the bar.

My Competition Prep Process

My programs are periodized to ensure you peak at the right time. We focus on:

  • IWF Compliance: Ensuring every snatch and clean & jerk adheres to International Weightlifting Federation rules.
  • Platform Psychology: I teach you how to manage pre-competition nerves, handle warmup platforms, and execute under the bright lights.
  • Video Audits: We use smartphone recording to review your technique from the referee's perspective, identifying micro-errors that slow down your speed.
  • Weight Management: Guidance on category selection and documentation for sports quota trials.

Whether you are prepping for your first district meet or aiming for university selection, I help you build the strength and the technical discipline to perform when it counts. Radhe Radhe, let’s get to work.
