Olympic lifting isn't about ego; it’s about precision, speed, and timing. I train you to master the bar path, lock out, and generate explosive power that translates to real-world strength.

I promise myself that no matter how hard it gets, I will not give up. This complex of an overhead squat into a split jerk is a test of strength, stability, and will.

This is a 155 lbs power snatch. This lift is one of the best for developing speed and explosive power through the entire body, from your feet to your fingertips. Tagde raho.

To improve your snatch rhythm, try this complex. I'm doing two snatch pulls to practice the extension, followed by a full squat snatch to put it all together.

A demonstration of the full squat snatch and overhead squat. These movements require and build incredible mobility, stability, and full-body strength.

This sequence shows the connection between different lifts. We build from a deadlift, into a power clean, and finish with a split jerk, combining raw strength with explosive technique.

Welcome to the weightlifting zone. This clip shows a variety of Olympic lifts, including the push press and power clean, which are fundamental for building athletic power.

This workout combines a heavy front squat, a push press, and an overhead lunge with kettlebells. It's a tough complex designed to build strength, stability, and explosive power.

About Olympic Weightlifting: Snatch, Clean & Jerk

Before we load the bar, we fix your movement patterns. I record your sets to analyze your bar path, foot placement, and hip extension in real time. This isn't about how much weight you can move; it's about how well you move it. If you want to refine your technique and build a bulletproof foundation, we start here.

Olympic weightlifting is the ultimate test of coordination and power. The snatch and the clean and jerk are technical lifts that demand more than just raw strength. They require mobility in your ankles and hips, a stable core, and a precise understanding of the sagittal plane.

Why Technique Comes First

Many lifters rush the weight and ignore the mechanics, leading to stalled progress or injury. My approach is different. We strip the lift down to its components. We work on your pull, the transition, the catch, and the lockout. Whether you are struggling to get under the bar in a full squat snatch or your power clean is losing steam at the hips, we identify the bottleneck.

What We Work On

  • Bar Path Efficiency: Using video analysis to ensure the barbell stays close to your body throughout the movement.
  • Olympic Lifting Fundamentals: Breaking down the snatch pull, power clean, and split jerk into manageable drills.
  • Mobility & Stability: If you cannot hit the bottom position, you cannot master the lift. We dedicate time to joint health and flexibility to keep you moving safely.

I train athletes in Palam Vihar and within 5km of the Dwarka Expressway. This isn't for people who just want to curl in the squat rack. This is for those who are ready to put in the work to become an explosive, powerful athlete. If you are a fighter, a ball player, or just someone who wants to learn the craft of the barbell, let’s get to work.
