I practice what I preach. This is me executing a heavy snatch, a lift that demands a combination of strength, speed, and perfect technique. This is the level of explosive power we work towards.

Technique is everything. Here, I'm drilling the fundamentals of the overhead squat with a group using PVC pipes. We build the foundation correctly to ensure safety and efficiency before adding weight.
