A little more about me and my background as the first qualified Fletcher Pilates teacher and faculty in India. I bring my experience as a contemporary dancer into my teaching.
In this 2-month module, we will cover everything from breathwork and spinal mechanics to building rhythm and endurance. It's a journey to help you self-correct and apply Pilates principles to your daily life.

About Workshops & Immersive Modules
My workshops are not about hitting fitness numbers. We work on the Fletcher lineage, including Percussive Breathing and precise spinal alignment, to help you fix posture issues from long desk hours or simply understand your body better. Whether you are a total beginner or a dancer looking to sharpen your control, these sessions are a safe space to move without judgment.
Fletcher Pilates is distinct from standard routines because it integrates the flow and precision of a dancer with the rehabilitation principles of Joseph Pilates. In these workshops and immersive modules, we focus on quality over quantity. You will learn to engage those deep, supportive muscles that often get ignored in generic workouts.
What to Expect
Whether you are joining a weekend workshop or a 2-month module, the format is designed for depth. I keep my batches small—usually capped at 8 to 10 students—so I can provide the tactile, hands-on corrections that are essential for safe spinal and pelvic alignment. We meet in partner studios across Indiranagar, Koramangala, and creative spaces like Shoonya, creating a focused environment where you can actually switch off and tune in.
