About this collection
Whether you join my mat classes in Koramangala or log in via Zoom, this is not just about following reps. In our sessions, we focus on Fletcher Percussive Breathing to calm the nervous system while we work. I keep groups small—even online—so I can actually see your form and offer real-time corrections, rather than you just staring at a screen trying to guess if you are moving correctly.
I started teaching in India to build the kind of space I was looking for: one where the goal is feeling at home in your body, not making yourself smaller. This community has grown from those first few awkward sessions to a vibrant tribe of dancers, desk workers, and folks simply curious about moving better.
Why we practice together
Pilates can feel isolating if you are just following a video. When we practice in a group, whether offline in Bangalore or through our live online sessions, we create a shared energy. We celebrate the 'yummy stretches' as much as the tough core work.
How our sessions work
- In-Studio: My classes in Koramangala and Indiranagar use professional dance flooring and props like the Fletcher Towel. We focus on hands-on adjustments to help you nail your alignment.
- Online: These are not pre-recorded videos. I teach live on Zoom, giving verbal cues and feedback so you get the same quality of instruction from your living room. We adapt to whatever household props you have, so no fancy equipment is needed.
This practice is for everyone. If you have been dealing with a desk job, recovering from an injury, or just want to understand your posture, you belong here. We are not aiming for perfection—we are aiming for awareness, one session at a time.
