If you want a quick fix, I am not the right person. If you want a trainer who manually spots your reps, corrects your form the second you slip up, and ensures your nutrition isn't working against your goals, that is exactly what I do.

Fitness is not just about the one hour in the gym. It is about how you live the other 23 hours. Whether we train at partner gyms like The Beast Gym in Burari, Hustle 365 in Adarsh Nagar, or at your home across Delhi NCR, my focus remains the same: discipline and real effort.

My Training Process

My 1-on-1 sessions are not about generic guidance. I use a hybrid training approach. We combine machine-based bodybuilding, powerlifting drills like deadlifts and squats, and functional movements to ensure you are actually strong, not just 'gym fit'.

Most trainers give you a generic diet sheet that you will quit in a week. I focus on your actual Indian home food. We adjust portion sizes of your roti and rice, increase your protein intake, and ensure you are eating things you actually like, not fancy or expensive supplements.
