Pricing Guide
Weight Loss & Muscle Toning (12 Sessions)
Session Specifications
- Frequency: 12 Personal Training sessions per month (3 days per week).
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session.
- Availability: Slots available between 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Training & Nutrition
- Plan Type: Custom mix of strength training and cardio tailored for fat loss.
- Technique: Hands-on spotting and real-time form correction for compound movements.
- Nutrition: Macro-based dietary breakdown to support weight loss goals.
- Tracking: Bi-weekly check-ins for weight measurement and inch-loss documentation.
Facility & Access
- Equipment: Guided use of machines (Leg Press, Lat Pulldown), dumbbells, and barbells.
- Location: Training conducted at The Wellness Club Gym Xpress.
- Gym Fee: Membership to the gym facility is not included and is payable separately.
Powerlifting & Strength Coaching (16 Sessions)
High-Performance Session Details
- Frequency: 16 intense training sessions per month (4 days per week).
- Duration: Extended 75 to 90-minute sessions to accommodate warm-ups and rest periods.
- Goal: Specific focus on increasing skeletal mass and raw strength figures.
Technical Programming
- Lifts: Expert coaching on the Big Three (Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press).
- Spotting: Safety spotting for heavy 1RM attempts and progressive overload sets.
- Periodization: Training blocks cycled between hypertrophy and strength phases.
- Gear: Guidance on using lifting belts, wrist wraps, and shoes (client provides own gear).
Facility & Access
- Location: Training conducted at The Wellness Club Gym Xpress.
- Gym Fee: Membership to the gym facility is not included and is payable separately.

My Core Belief
You can't buy a fit body - you have to earn it. Main hamesha bolta hu (I always say), thoda thoda progress har week mein bada farq laata hai (small progress every week makes a big difference). People will talk, but you’re the one doing the work. I keep it real - results come from pushing yourself, not taking shortcuts.
How I Train
I'm right there with you, not just handing out a muscle gain workout plan and saying good luck. I’ll spot you, fix your form, and make sure you do every rep the right way. Technique matters, and I’m a stickler for proper exercise form correction because injury sucks and good form means better gains.
Who I Work With
Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out, never touched a dumbbell, or you’re chasing a medal. I make plans that fit you, then we push past what you thought you could do.

Hey, I’m Keshav. Fitness is not just kaam (work), it’s my whole life. I’ve done the 'Fat to Fit' thing myself, so I know the doubts, the sweat, and that crazy rush when you see results. Log kuch bhi bolenge (People will say anything) – obsessed, ego lifter, whatever. Ignore it. You’re the one showing up, fighting your own fight. Certified trainer? Yes. But mostly, I get it, because I’ve lived it. Let’s chase your dreams, not just dream them.
