My Core Belief
You can't buy a fit body - you have to earn it. Main hamesha bolta hu (I always say), thoda thoda progress har week mein bada farq laata hai (small progress every week makes a big difference). People will talk, but you’re the one doing the work. I keep it real - results come from pushing yourself, not taking shortcuts.
How I Train
I'm right there with you, not just handing out a muscle gain workout plan and saying good luck. I’ll spot you, fix your form, and make sure you do every rep the right way. Technique matters, and I’m a stickler for proper exercise form correction because injury sucks and good form means better gains.
Who I Work With
Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out, never touched a dumbbell, or you’re chasing a medal. I make plans that fit you, then we push past what you thought you could do.

My Story
Hey, I’m Keshav. Fitness is not just kaam (work), it’s my whole life. I’ve done the 'Fat to Fit' thing myself, so I know the doubts, the sweat, and that crazy rush when you see results. Log kuch bhi bolenge (People will say anything) – obsessed, ego lifter, whatever. Ignore it. You’re the one showing up, fighting your own fight. Certified trainer? Yes. But mostly, I get it, because I’ve lived it. Let’s chase your dreams, not just dream them.

All-Round Fitness Training - I do personal gym guidance, yoga, PT-Zone training, high-energy kick-boxing, CrossFit, and group workouts.
