Fitness is not a 30-day quick fix. In my sessions, we start by checking your routine, sleep, and diet to build something that actually sticks to your lifestyle. I don't give you generic, copy-paste plans; I track your progress with WhatsApp reminders and monthly check-ins because accountability is where the real work happens.

My Core Philosophy: Mehnat Over Shortcuts

I don't sell fancy six-pack promises. You can't buy your health; you have to earn it with consistent daily effort. Whether we are training in Burari or I’m visiting you for a home session, my approach remains the same: discipline first, weights second.

How I Train

My workouts are a blend of powerlifting, functional movements, and mobility work. We do the basics—squats, deadlifts, and functional drills—with perfect form. If your form is weak, you aren't training; you're just practicing bad habits.

Where We Can Work Together

I operate across New Delhi, partnering with gyms like The Beast Gym in Burari and various studios in Azadpur. If you prefer to train at home, I come to you with resistance bands, agility ladders, and mats. We use your space—living room or terrace—to build strength without needing a pile of heavy machines.
