Most people think fitness is about expensive supplements or hours of cardio. It is not. Fitness is about discipline, proper macro-tracking, and showing up even when you don't feel like it. I don't believe in starving you or forcing boiled food down your throat. We work with what you have: roti, sabji, paneer, and eggs.
