We do not use expensive, imported ingredients. We focus on standard North Indian staples like roti, dal, and sabzi, modified to work for your body's needs.

- Weekly Monitoring: We do not rely on just the scale. We track inch loss and use our studio's machine to assess your progress every seven days.
- Shadow Coaching: For those who need strict accountability, I offer real-time monitoring. You send me photos of your meals, and I correct your portions or macros on the spot.
- Condition-Specific Care: I treat food as medicine. If you have thyroid or sugar issues, we incorporate natural remedies like boiled coriander water or methi sprouts into your routine to help balance your system.
