About My Fitness Journey
My training is not about guessing. When you work with me, I handle your nutrition and fitness with zero-tolerance accountability. Whether you are training with me at M R Fitness Zone in Lajpat Nagar or working with me online, I track your progress with weekly weight and inch-loss reviews to make sure we stay on target. Par main shortcut nahi deti—everything is based on hard work and honest, Indian home-cooked nutrition.
Fitness is not a hobby, it is a way of life. When I share my fitness journey, I am showing you the reality behind the physique. My training philosophy is built on intensity and the right technique, focusing on fundamental lifts like deadlifts and lat pulldowns that build a solid, muscular foundation.
My approach to nutrition is strictly no-nonsense. I focus on readily available Indian staples—dal, paneer, chicken breast, and eggs—because you do not need expensive, exotic ingredients to build a strong body. I teach you the science behind macro-balancing so you understand exactly what you are putting in your system. For my clients, I provide a detailed grocery guide and adjust plans bi-weekly based on your physical progress.
For women specifically, I am here to change the narrative. There is a persistent myth that lifting makes women 'manly,' but I promise you that being strong is feminine, sexy, and empowering. I help women break these barriers and build serious strength without compromising their health. Whether you are a beginner looking for a sustainable weight loss plan or an athlete preparing for stage competition, I apply the same strict discipline. We do not look for shortcuts because they simply do not exist. We focus on consistent effort, proper form, and a nutrition plan that is actually sustainable for your lifestyle.
