Fitness has no age limit. Here, I am guiding one of my senior clients through a personalized at-home workout, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and overall health safely and effectively.

I do not believe in fancy equipment or quick fixes. My training focuses on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses that you can perform at home with minimal tools. If you struggle with exercise form or diet consistency, I personally review your set videos and adjust your meal charts to ensure you stay on track.

Fitness is not about the newest machine or a complex gadget. It is about repeating the basics correctly, every single day. My approach to personal training is rooted in discipline. Whether we are training in your home in Delhi NCR or connecting via video call, I make sure your routine fits your life and space.

My Training Approach

I focus on three pillars: mobility, strength, and sustainability. We start with mobility to prevent injuries, move to compound lifts to build functional strength, and finish with flexibility work for recovery. If you are doing this from home, I guide you on using bodyweight or basic tools you already have to get the job done.

Nutrition That Works

I do not recommend fad diets. I give you custom meal plans based on Indian home food like roti, dal, and sabzi. We adjust grammage for macros, whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain. You get a direct line to me for weekly check-ins where we analyze your weight, progress photos, and hurdles.

Accountability

Results come from showing up when you do not feel like it. I act as your accountability partner. From helping clients recover from injuries to guiding transformations across different time zones, I ensure you follow the plan we set together.
