Personalized Fitness Coaching in North Bangalore
Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all plan. I build your training, nutrition, and recovery roadmap from scratch—no cookie-cutter routines, just real results.
Every fitness journey with me starts here, with a thorough consultation and assessment. I check your BMI, take measurements, and conduct a functional movement screening to understand your body's unique needs, strengths, and imbalances before we even touch a weight.
This is what hands-on coaching looks like. I guide my client through a drop set on the chest press machine, explaining the technique, controlling the load, and pushing him safely to failure to maximize muscle growth. Every rep is precise and purposeful.
I train my clients to be strong and in control. Here, I'm guiding a client through a suspended chest press, an advanced exercise that builds incredible core stability and upper body strength. Her focus and form are perfect.
I lead by example. This is me during my own training session, executing a heavy deadlift. My strength is built on the same principles of discipline and proper technique that I teach my clients every day.
This is what real progress looks like. In just four months of consistent, guided training, my client went from being unable to do a single push-up to performing 15 with solid form. This is the power of dedication and a structured plan.
No gym? No problem. I provide live, one-on-one online personal training sessions. Here, I'm guiding a client through a dumbbell workout at his home, ensuring he maintains proper form and intensity, no matter where he is.
I believe in training smart, not just following trends. In this video, I explain why you can't just copy an influencer's workout and expect the same results. Your body is your biggest investment, and your training plan needs to be built for you.
A quick look into my daily routine as a personal trainer. It's a life of early mornings, back-to-back sessions, my own training, and balancing it all with family. Discipline isn't just for the gym, it's a way of life.
About Featured
Before we touch a weight, I conduct a full functional movement assessment to spot imbalances. It is not just about the weight on the bar; it is about knowing your body’s unique history and limitations to ensure every rep we do is safe and effective.
Why Your Fitness Plan Needs to be Yours
Scrolling through Instagram, you will find a million influencers sharing their diets and workouts. But here is the reality: what works for them might be dangerous for you. Fitness is an investment, and you wouldn't blindly buy a house without checking the ownership. Why treat your body any differently?
The Process
When I work with clients in North Bangalore—whether at Royal Prestige, Sobha City, or a home gym—we follow a structured path:
- Functional Assessment: We start with BMI, measurements, and a deep look at your movement patterns. If you have past injuries or specific medical history, we work around it, not through it.
- Technique First: Whether it is a heavy deadlift or a simple push-up, if the form is broken, the strength is fake. We prioritize technique so you get stronger without getting hurt.
- Data-Driven: We don't guess. We track reps, sets, and weights via shared spreadsheets to ensure we are actually making progress.
Holistic Coaching
I train techies, parents, and athletes to be consistent. If you are looking for a magic pill, I am not the coach for you. But if you want a partner who will push you to do your 190kg deadlift (or just your first 5 perfect push-ups), that is where I come in.
My training covers everything from nutrition guidance and macro-nutrient breakdowns to sleep hygiene and recovery protocols. We train hard, but we also respect the limits of the body. Let’s train smart, guru.

I’m Kiran. My training philosophy is simple: technique comes first, strength follows. I’m here to build a stronger version of you, not just count reps.
