  • No Shortcuts: If you are looking for magic pills, I am not the right coach for you.
  • Diet is Key: Roti-sabji khaakar body banti hai, bas quantity aur timing ka game hai. I will teach you how to eat real food.
  • Age is Just a Number: From college boys to senior citizens, I train anyone who is ready to step out of their comfort zone.

My remote coaching is for those who are serious enough to log their food and follow the workout maps. I track your form via WhatsApp and we have weekly check-ins to make sure you are moving forward. Zindagi apni hai, fit bhi khud ko hi banana hai.
