My Coaching Approach

I offer 1-on-1 Live Virtual Personal Training for those who need high-frequency accountability. We do 12 sessions a month via video call, where I personally watch your form, correct your posture, and push you when you feel like quitting. For couples or training buddies, my 2-on-1 Partner Live Training package uses that competitive dynamic to keep attendance high.

If you have a busy schedule but need expert oversight, the Weekly Live Check-in and Programming package covers your sets, reps, and progression, paired with four calls a month to review your technique. I also provide one-time consultation roadmaps for experienced lifters who just need a solid plan to execute on their own.
