Stop chasing skinny and start building strength that helps you move through life. Whether you're recovering from an injury or just trying to show up consistently, we focus on what your body can actually do.

People often ask me, "Why strength training?". It's not just about building muscle. It's about improving bone density, boosting your metabolism, and making everyday activities easier. Here, I'm demonstrating a goblet lunge and a single arm overhead press, two fantastic functional movements.

Building back and bicep strength with a bent-over barbell row. Proper form is everything to engage the right muscles and prevent injury. I focus on the hinge at the hips and pulling the bar towards the lower chest.

A snapshot from a training session, holding a weight plate for a goblet squat. This exercise is amazing for building lower body strength, particularly in the quads and glutes, while also engaging the core to keep the torso upright.

This is my therapy. Working with a barbell, focusing on form and finding that mind-muscle connection. Fitness should be something that makes you feel powerful and never worthless.

The T-bar row is a great exercise for building a strong back. Here, I'm focusing on squeezing my shoulder blades together at the top of the movement to really target the muscles in my upper and mid-back.

The difference between the first two reps and the last two is where the real growth happens. Pushing through that final bit of discomfort during these dumbbell rows is what builds mental and physical strength.

The leg press machine is my happy place. It's a fantastic way to build serious lower body strength in your quads, hamstrings, and glutes without putting stress on your back.

Trying out a new machine for seated rows. It's important to mix up your routine and challenge your muscles in new ways. This helps to keep workouts interesting and avoid plateaus.

A simple dumbbell clean and press. This is a full-body movement that builds explosive power, shoulder strength, and core stability. Even on low-energy days, a few of these can make a big difference.

You might see me tired, but you'll never see me quit. This clip shows me working through fatigue with barbell rollouts and bent-over rows. This is the reality of training; it's not always pretty, but it's always worth it.
