Training & Discipline: My Personal Fitness Approach
Fitness isn't about fancy machines; it's about the discipline to show up every day. Here is the reality of my training, from heavy lifts to the mindset that keeps me consistent.
From "Chandu to Champion." My personal transformation is the foundation of my coaching. I know what it takes because I have done it myself.
This is what consistency and discipline look like. It is not about feeling motivated every day, it is about showing up regardless. Only facts.
The words of Premanand Maharaj are a great source of motivation. Fall a hundred times, but get up, stand tall, and achieve your goal. Never be defeated.
"Hoi soi jo Ram rachi rakha." I put in the work and trust the process, knowing that what is meant to be will be.
One bad chapter does not mean your story is over. To have a comeback, you have to have a setback. Keep pushing forward.
Heavy weights can seem scary, but they are what make you stronger. Here I am pushing myself with a heavy barbell curl. Lift heavy, live stronger.
A powerful leg day session with heavy deadlifts, followed by a physique check. Building a strong foundation is everything.
"Loha Hai Jatta." Pushing through a tough bicep curl set. The iron is my therapy.
Let the gains speak for themselves. A post workout pose to check the progress.
A mirror selfie after a solid workout. Getting stronger day by day.
About In The Zone: My Training & Motivation
I don't sell shortcuts or fancy trends, just the basics that actually work. My training is built around fundamental movements—squats, deadlifts, and presses—because that’s what builds a solid, functional physique. Whether you're training at home with bodyweight or hitting the gym, the secret isn't a complex program; it’s sticking to your routine for the next 90 days.
You have probably seen a hundred 'quick fix' workouts online, but real transformation requires a disciplined, consistent approach. I practice what I preach. Whether it is a home session with limited equipment or a heavy gym day, I focus on mobility, correct form, and the mind-muscle connection.
Nutrition is the other half of the battle. I don't believe in expensive, fad diets. I work with Indian home-cooked meals—Roti, Dal, Sabzi—adjusting the grammage to fit your goals, whether you need a calorie surplus for gains or a deficit for fat loss.
Why my approach works:
- Focus on the Basics: I teach you to use your bodyweight, resistance bands, or basic gym weights effectively, ensuring you can train anywhere.
- Discipline over Motivation: You will have bad days. That is when you need a plan and someone to hold you accountable. I provide that through weekly check-ins and form reviews.
- Real-world adaptation: I help clients manage challenges like post-injury recovery, thyroid issues, or PCOD, tailoring the intensity to your current capability.
Are you ready?
Transformation is not a magic trick. It is a series of small, hard decisions made every single day. If you are ready to do the work, I am here to build your roadmap.
