Fitness isn't about fancy machines; it's about the discipline to show up every day. Here is the reality of my training, from heavy lifts to the mindset that keeps me consistent.

From "Chandu to Champion." My personal transformation is the foundation of my coaching. I know what it takes because I have done it myself.

This is what consistency and discipline look like. It is not about feeling motivated every day, it is about showing up regardless. Only facts.

The words of Premanand Maharaj are a great source of motivation. Fall a hundred times, but get up, stand tall, and achieve your goal. Never be defeated.

"Hoi soi jo Ram rachi rakha." I put in the work and trust the process, knowing that what is meant to be will be.

One bad chapter does not mean your story is over. To have a comeback, you have to have a setback. Keep pushing forward.

Heavy weights can seem scary, but they are what make you stronger. Here I am pushing myself with a heavy barbell curl. Lift heavy, live stronger.

A powerful leg day session with heavy deadlifts, followed by a physique check. Building a strong foundation is everything.

"Loha Hai Jatta." Pushing through a tough bicep curl set. The iron is my therapy.

Let the gains speak for themselves. A post workout pose to check the progress.

A mirror selfie after a solid workout. Getting stronger day by day.

About In The Zone: My Training & Motivation

I don't sell shortcuts or fancy trends, just the basics that actually work. My training is built around fundamental movements—squats, deadlifts, and presses—because that’s what builds a solid, functional physique. Whether you're training at home with bodyweight or hitting the gym, the secret isn't a complex program; it’s sticking to your routine for the next 90 days.
