Myth: You need to be in shape before starting boxing. Fact: Boxing is what gets you in shape, and no prior experience is needed. We welcome beginners and guide them every step of the way.

Myth: You can target fat loss in specific areas. Fact: Fat loss happens all over the body, not just where you train. Our full body workouts are designed for overall, effective fat reduction.

Myth: The more you sweat, the more fat you burn. Fact: Sweat is your body's cooling mechanism and doesn't directly correlate to fat loss. We focus on workouts that genuinely burn calories and build muscle.
