Fitness is not a 90-day challenge; it is a commitment to yourself. My approach is built on discipline, mobility, and sustainable habits rather than shortcuts. See how consistent practice builds real strength.

Your body is your resume. This is the result of consistent habits and respecting your body's potential. It's not about a quick fix, but a long-term commitment to yourself.

You are confined only by the walls you build yourself. A lean, defined midsection is the result of hard work, consistent training, and disciplined nutrition.

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a destination. It’s about making healthy choices every day and finding joy in the process of watching your body and mind grow stronger.

Life is full of challenges, and your fitness journey is no different. There will be days you don't feel like it, but adaptability and flexibility are key to long-term success.

About My Fitness Philosophy in Practice

My training is not about chasing temporary results. Whether we are working on compound lifts at Cult BTM or correcting your mechanics through remote coaching, the goal is always the same: to build a body that moves without pain and performs when it matters. I prioritize functional movement and injury prevention over ego-lifting, ensuring that the strength you build today serves you for years.

I do not believe in quick fixes. When you train with me, we focus on the fundamentals—barbell compounds like deadlifts, kettlebell mobility flows, and consistent habit building. My coaching is based on two core models:

In-Person Transformation

At Cult BTM, we combine heavy lifting with animal flow. This is a 12-session-per-month commitment where I provide hands-on spotting and technical form correction. You are not just getting a workout; you are learning how to move.

Remote Aesthetic & Strength Coaching

For those outside of Bangalore or with a tight schedule, I provide a structured 4-5 day app-based split. I include video form analysis so you are not guessing if your technique is right. My goal is to make fitness an integral part of your lifestyle, not an interruption to it.

Fitness is a lifelong journey. You will have days where you feel on top and days where it feels like a struggle. My role as your coach is to keep you honest, keep your form safe, and help you recognize that the resistance you fight in the gym is the same resistance you fight in life to build character. Let’s start your journey.
