Yoga is truly for every body. My chair yoga classes make the benefits of yoga accessible to all, including seniors, individuals with limited mobility, or those recovering from injury. We use the chair for support to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance without strain on the joints.

Yoga with Props: Deeper Stretches & Better Alignment

I believe in using props like blocks, straps, wheels, and ropes to enhance your practice. These tools help you safely achieve correct posture, deepen stretches, and hold poses for longer, allowing for a more effective and restorative experience.

For those looking to build heat and energy, I offer dynamic classes like Vinyasa and Ashtanga. These sessions synchronize breath with movement, creating a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, builds strength, and enhances focus. We explore sequences like Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation).

Community & Connection: Group Classes & Partner Yoga

Yoga is a beautiful way to connect with others. My group classes, partner yoga sessions, and ladies-only batches create a supportive and fun community. We celebrate milestones like International Yoga Day and encourage each other on our wellness journeys.

My Personal Practice & Advanced Asanas

My own practice is my sanctuary and my laboratory where I continuously learn and grow as a teacher. This is where I explore advanced asanas, refine alignment, and embody the yogic lifestyle I share with my students. Consistency is the key to progress.

The Yogic Path: Kriyas, Meditation & Philosophy

I honor the deep roots of yoga by incorporating traditional practices beyond just asanas. We explore cleansing techniques (kriyas) like Jal Neti, focus-enhancing meditation like Jyoti Trataka, and embrace the spiritual side through Bhakti Yoga.
