This member is taking push-ups to the next level with explosive clap push-ups. This advanced plyometric exercise builds power and strength in the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Our trainer demonstrates three levels of a core exercise for the lower abdominals. We challenge our members to try it and see how they stack up, fostering a fun and competitive atmosphere.

A strong core is the foundation of all movement. This workout includes several exercises designed to strengthen the abs and hip flexors, which can help prevent lower back pain.
