Nutrition & Assessment
- Diet: Review of current eating habits with suggestions for macronutrient adjustments (Protein/Carb/Fat).
- Tracking: Monthly check up using Body Composition Analysis (BCA) machine to track fat percentage vs muscle mass.
12-Week Transformation Program

- Volume: 36 personal training sessions valid for a 90 day period.
- Trainer Expertise: Led by Senior or Advanced Personal Trainers specializing in body composition.
- Training Style: High intensity protocols including Drop Sets, Super Sets, and HIIT finishers using functional turf areas.
Diet & Lifestyle
- Nutrition: Rigid planning with specific calorie targets and pre/post workout meal timing.
- Monitoring: Weekly adherence check ins to adjust diet based on visual changes.
- Supplementation: Guidance on sports supplements like Whey or Creatine tailored to natural bodybuilding goals.
Result Tracking
- Visuals: Before and after photo logging with lighting and posing guidance.
- Performance: Tracking personal bests (PRs) on major lifts alongside body weight and inch loss metrics.

- The gym’s full of mirrors - not for selfies, but so you learn correct form and posture. We’re obsessed with it. Our trainers will call you out if you slack off on your squats or deadlifts. Trust us, form correction training matters more than you think.

- Eating right is half the battle. We help you figure out what works for your life, not just hand you a diet chart. Even if you’re a pure veg, we’ve helped people nail their nutrition.
Hardcore Coaching
- Want to go pro? We offer bodybuilding contest prep coaching, from muscle building to posing. We push you just the right amount - sometimes, you’ll think your trainer is your own Yamraj, especially on leg day!

My Story
We started Fit Formula with one idea - make fitness feel like play, not punishment. Our gym is more like a family spot in Marathahalli, where people find peace, push themselves, and laugh a lot. I remember a guy who wanted to prove what natural vegetarian fitness could do - his journey kinda became our vibe. We love serious training, but also Zumba, yoga, and group fun. Your excuses? Useless. Only showing up matters. We’re here for that.

Personal Training - Custom workout and diet plans. Trainers push you hard, but with care for posture and progress.
