Our gym in Munnekollal is built for anyone serious about their physical progress, whether you are just starting or prepping for a physique show. We have kept the space functional, clean, and stocked with what you actually need.

• Hardcore Strength Zone: This is the core of our space. We are equipped with Olympic barbells, high-quality squat racks, and a massive dumbbell rack. It is set up for heavy compound lifts like deadlifts, bench presses, and rows.
• Functional Turf: When you want to mix up your training, head to the green turf strip. This is the spot for your sled pushes, battle ropes, and medicine ball work. It gives you the space for CrossFit style circuits without cluttering the main floor.
• Cardio & Conditioning: We have a dedicated cardio deck with treadmills, ellipticals, and spin bikes to get your heart rate up and improve your stamina.
• Support & Form: You won't find trainers just standing around here. If you need a spot or a quick correction on your squat form, our team is there to help. We prioritize posture so you can lift heavy without injury.

We provide lockers, changing rooms, and shower facilities to keep your routine smooth, even on busy days.
