The Functional Turf Experience
We keep our green turf area clear specifically for high-intensity work. This isn't about counting reps until you fall asleep. It is about dynamic movement, speed, and endurance. Expect to use sleds, battle ropes, and plyometric boxes to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
Form & Feedback
Our trainers are always on the floor. If your form slips during a burpee or a sled push, they will correct you immediately. We call it our 'Yamraj' mode. It feels like a intense challenge in the moment, but you will always walk out stronger and safer.
