About Our Champions: Belt Promotions & Awards
Belt promotions at our Mira Road academy are more than just a ceremony. They are a formal test where students demonstrate the stance, blocking, and kicking skills they have practiced for months. We see students transform from nervous beginners into confident practitioners who can rely on their technique when it counts.
Every student who walks into Fit and Fight at Asmita Club has a path to follow. We use the belt system as a roadmap for progress. It is not just about the color of the cloth; it is about the hours spent on the EVA foam mats perfecting a roundhouse kick or maintaining focus during Poomsae patterns.
We train our students for real results. Our curriculum follows WT and ITF standards, which means the technical precision we teach here holds up in any setting. When we prepare students for championships, we focus on Kyorugi (sparring) and conditioning. We have seen our team bring home gold medals from events like the Bandra Festival and Pune championships because they learn how to handle pressure early on.

Fit and Fight Taekwondo Academy
We are Coaches Aakash and Prashanjeet. We built Fit and Fight because we believe everyone has a warrior inside them, from the youngest student to the adult looking for a real challenge. We treat every belt promotion like a festival because we know the sweat that went into earning that color.
