Explore the energy, discipline, and winning spirit that defines our Taekwondo sessions in Mira Road.

This is what training to be a champion looks like. Here, two of our students engage in a focused sparring match, with a coach providing real-time guidance. We build fighters with technique, discipline, and heart.

Our coaches lead by example. Watch one of our instructors demonstrate advanced Taekwondo techniques, including a powerful tornado kick and a jump side kick. This is the level of expertise we bring to every class.

It's never too early to start building confidence. We welcome kids as young as two and a half, providing them with a safe and fun introduction to Taekwondo. This little warrior is geared up and ready to learn.

We don't just teach Taekwondo; we build champions. We are incredibly proud of our student, Pahal Kedia, recognized as the 'Best Player' at a recent belt promotion exam. Her dedication is an inspiration to our entire team.

Fitness is the foundation of a strong fighter. Our training incorporates strength and conditioning exercises like pull-ups and push-ups to build the power and endurance needed to excel on the mat.

Taekwondo is an art of precision and grace. This is our student, Pahal Kedia, demonstrating her focus and control while performing a Poomsae, a defined pattern of defense and attack motions.

Meet the team. Our students are geared up in their protective equipment, ready for a sparring session. We foster a strong sense of community and teamwork in every class.

Power and precision in action. A student practices a clean, powerful side kick on a kicking pad, a fundamental drill we use to develop strength and accuracy in our martial arts training.

About Featured

When you step onto our mats at Asmita Club, you aren't just learning a kick, you are starting a transformation. We combine high-intensity Tabata fitness drills with traditional Poomsae forms to ensure every student, from our two-year-old beginners to our national-level competitors, develops both physical power and the mental grit to stay the course.
