Trade the gym lights for fresh air. Every Sunday, we move the dojo to Powai Forest Park to work on real-world situational awareness and conditioning on natural terrain.

Join us and start your journey to becoming your own bodyguard. Here, we are practicing stances and movement in the middle of nature.

This is Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, my way. We are practicing stick fighting drills surrounded by bamboo, using nature as our dojo.

You will not find flat rubber mats here. When you train at Powai Forest Park, you are dealing with uneven earth, roots, and rocks, which forces your feet and balance to adapt in ways a gym floor never will.
