Real-World Martial Arts and Self-Defense Training
I don't just teach you how to punch. I teach you how to be safe, how to be deadly if you have to be, and how to win the battle within. This is the Fighting Fit method.
I teach you how to generate real power. This isn't just for show; it's about understanding body mechanics to deliver a strong, effective kick. We practice these drills until they become second nature.
Training isn't confined to four walls. Here in the forest, we practice stick fighting drills, learning to use our environment and stay aware. This is what I mean by being ready for anything, anywhere.
This is Desi strength training. Using traditional Indian clubs, we build rotational power and shoulder mobility that you can't get from regular gym equipment. It’s low impact and makes your joints strong for life.
This is a glimpse into our Shin Kali group training. We practice weapon-based combatives together, learning footwork and flow. It's about building skill and community at the same time.
I bring the training to you. Here's a one-on-one combat kickboxing session at a client's home, focusing on pad work and conditioning. You just need the will to train; I'll handle the rest.
My philosophy is simple. Being safe is not always an option, so you must learn to be dangerous. My training gives you the skills to be the one who walks away.
Who said cardio has to be boring? We mix it up with drills like trampoline kickboxing. It’s a high-intensity workout that builds your stability, coordination, and stamina all at once.
My Fighting Fit method is a blend of the most practical arts for self-defense. When you join one of my programs, you get the benefits of Kali, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and more, all integrated into one effective system.

What you see here is my real-world approach. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training, so I mix it up. We use traditional Indian gear like the Mudgar to build actual functional strength and joint health, then jump straight into high-intensity kickboxing drills to test your reflexes. My goal is to get you comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I have spent 28 years teaching, and if I have learned one thing, it is that martial arts is for everyone. It is not just for the young or the athletic. If you have the will, I will find a way to make it work for your body.
My classes in Bandra are about intensity and technique. You will be on the pads, you will be on the mini-trampolines, and you will learn how to move. It is practical stuff. No fluff, no sports show-boating. Just skills that keep you safe when you walk out the door.
On Sundays, we move to the outdoors at Powai Forest Park. This is where we strip away the gym noise and connect with our surroundings. We practice stick fighting, edged weapon defense, and traditional club swings. Being in nature teaches you situational awareness in a way that four walls never can.
Whether you are here for self-defense, injury rehabilitation, or just to get 'Fighting Fit' in every sense of the word, I build the plan around you. We use Krav Maga for reality-based combat, Kickboxing for power, and Indian traditional tools for mobility. You are not just joining a gym. You are joining a tribe of warriors.
