If you are here to actually get tougher, not just look the part, this is your training ground.

Conditioning for combat sports is not about vanity muscles. It is about functional, raw power. We prepare you for the reality of a fight or a high-pressure situation where your cardio matters more than your biceps.

Our Greater Noida facility at Alpha I is equipped with the tools that matter. We do not rely on treadmills. We use tires for flips, sledgehammers for core rotational power, and medicine balls to train explosive energy. Whether you are prepping for a state-level championship or just starting your journey to get fit, the protocol remains the same: discipline, repetition, and intensity.

Why this differs from a regular gym

Normal gyms focus on hypertrophy, which is building muscle size. We focus on endurance, anaerobic capacity, and injury prevention. You need to be able to throw punches and defend takedowns in the third round when your lungs are burning. That is what we train for.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. We scale the intensity for everyone. You do not start by flipping the biggest tire in the gym. You start by learning to move correctly. Once the foundation is solid, we add the weight.
