About Striking Drills: Boxing & Kickboxing
Our focus is simple: technique over chaos. You will drill the same combinations until they are burned into your muscle memory, ensuring you can throw punches and kicks with real power and accuracy under pressure. This is not about cardio classes with light movements; this is about learning to strike effectively.
Striking is the language of a fighter. Whether you are aiming to step into the MMA cage or just want the confidence that comes with knowing how to throw a proper punch, our training at the Greater Noida facility is built for function. We do not just teach you to hit a bag; we teach you to move, breathe, and react.
We strip away the theory and focus on the practical. You will work on:
- Pad Work: This is where we sharpen your reaction time. A coach holds the pads, you execute the combinations, and we correct your form in real-time to maximize impact.
- Heavy Bag Drills: Here, you build endurance and power. You learn to turn your hips into your strikes, ensuring every jab, cross, and low kick carries legitimate weight.
- Defensive Guard: Striking is only half the battle. We teach you how to maintain a solid guard and control distance so you do not get hit back.
