About The Proving Grounds: Our Gym
We do not have fancy mirrors or vanity lighting here because you will not need them. Our Greater Noida floor is dominated by a full-size MMA cage, reinforced grappling mats, and heavy bags that get worked on from 6 AM to 10 PM. You are here to train, and we have built this space specifically so you can do it hard and do it safely.
This is not just a gym; it is the laboratory where we build warriors. If you want to stand on the podium, you need the right tools, and that is exactly what we provide at our Alpha I and Noida Extension locations.
The Floor Setup:
- MMA Cage: This is where you learn to handle pressure. We use a professional-standard octagon for sparring and tactical drills, not for show.
- Striking Zone: We have high-grade heavy bags lined up, ready for your power shots and combinations.
- Matted Area: Whether you are practicing BJJ, wrestling, or stand-up, our matted floors give you the grip and safety required for high-intensity movement.
