About this collection

Here, it is 2,000 sq ft of warehouse space with heavy bags, industrial fans, and a mat surface that has seen everything from corporate stress relief to national gold medals. If you are looking for a comfortable workout, this isn't it. But if you are looking to genuinely test your limits and drop weight through real-world MMA drills, you are in the right place.
