You won't find AC here, just industrial fans and a whole lot of sweat. When you step onto our 2000 sq ft mat, you aren't just a member; you're part of a squad where a consultant, an IT professional, and a pro fighter all train side-by-side to push each other further.

At Fight Capital India, we believe the toughest battles are won in the mind. Our space in Bengaluru is built on the philosophy of grit, grind, and glory. We have spent the last five years creating a culture where it does not matter if you are a total beginner or a seasoned competitor—everyone gets the same respect and attention.
Why Our Community Matters
When you train with us, you aren't just learning Muay Thai, BJJ, or MMA. You are learning resilience. We have seen members walk through our doors to lose weight or manage stress, only to leave with a new squad and a fresh perspective on life. Our classes are designed to be supportive, meaning you will always have someone to hold the pads for you, drill techniques with you, or push you through that final HIIT circuit.

Our coaching team, led by Prasad Gaitonde, brings real-world expertise from top MMA circles. We do not just teach movements; we teach the discipline required to master them. Whether it is our Kids Martial Arts program or our fight team training, everything we do is rooted in the practical reality of combat sports. We take pride in our medals and our national-level recognitions, but what we are truly proud of is the transformation we see in our members every single day.
