Many teams hesitate to start yoga at work because of the logistical hassle of changing clothes or finding space. Our introductory workshops use a no-sweat protocol, allowing your team to practice in formal office wear while learning Upa Yoga and breathwork. It is a practical, immediate way to shift the energy in your office without turning your boardroom into a gym.

Our corporate sessions are not about stretching or physical exercise. We teach yoga as a mechanism to change how you feel and function within the workspace. By learning how to manage your own inner chemistry, your team can navigate work pressures without the friction that leads to burnout.

  • Introductory Wellness Workshops: A 60-90 minute session designed for busy schedules. We teach Upa Yoga for joint health and Isha Kriya for focus, all achievable in office attire. This includes a short orientation on the mechanics of stress.
  • Monthly Wellness Retainers: For teams seeking consistent results. This 8-session program introduces more dynamic practices like Surya Shakti or Angamardana. We focus on alignment, aerobic stamina, and building a foundation of strength. This requires participants to wear appropriate athletic clothing.
  • Executive Leadership Intensive: A specialized half-day module for leadership teams. We dive into the Mechanics of the Mind, Nadi Shuddhi, and personalized posture correction. This is about equipping leaders with the self-management tools to handle complex decision-making with stability.
