From slow-cooked Mutton Rassa to crispy Kothimbir Wadi, these are the moments and dishes that define my kitchen. Real, zhanzhaneet flavours, just like Aai used to make.

This is what pure happiness looks like on a table. My Kolhapuri Thali pop-ups are all about abundance, variety, and sharing a meal together. You'll find everything from spicy chicken and mutton masala to comforting sides, all served with love.

This is me in my happy place, laughing with guests after a satisfying meal. My pop-ups feel like a big family gathering, full of chatter and good vibes. This picture from my event in Mumbai captures that feeling perfectly.

Watch the journey of my signature Mutton Kolhapuri. We cook it in large batches with my Aai's special tikat masala, letting the meat slow-cook until it's perfectly tender. That rich aroma is something you have to experience for yourself.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing friends from around the world, like my guests from Japan, enjoying a proper home-cooked Indian meal. Food truly connects us all, and I love sharing my culture through these authentic thalis.

A glimpse of the complete Kolhapuri Jevan (meal) we served at a pop-up at Folk, Mumbai. The Mutton Thali was the star, with its rich Tambda Rassa and flavourful sides. So many people came, even in the rain, which makes my heart full.

Here I am in the kitchen, explaining the importance of 'tari' or 'rogan', the flavourful oil that sits atop our curries. I love sharing these little details and techniques with other chefs and guests during my pop-ups. It's all about spreading the knowledge.

My Kothimbir Wadi, served on a fresh banana leaf with a side of spicy green thecha. This classic Maharashtrian snack is a crowd favourite at every pop-up, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It truly feels like ghar ka khana (home-cooked food).

From my home kitchen in Mumbai to a culinary pop-up in Japan! This past year has been an incredible adventure of travel and food. This collage is a reminder of all the amazing people I've met and the regional Indian cuisines I've been blessed to share.

About Featured

My pop-up experience is about more than just the plate. When you join, expect a full 4-course sit-down meal where I personally share the stories behind these Aai-approved masalas. You will notice the difference in the tari, that vibrant layer of flavourful oil on our curries, and the slow-cooked tenderness of the meat. It is exactly how we cook back home in Kolhapur.

These pop-ups are my way of bringing the Kolhapuri kitchen to you. Unlike a standard restaurant visit, these are temporary events, usually running for 2 to 4 days, where I take over a local kitchen to serve a menu close to my heart.

What makes the experience unique is the depth of flavour. Many people expect just heat, but authentic Kolhapuri food is about nuance. We focus on the balance of the Tambda Rassa (our signature red curry) and the cooling comfort of Pandra Rassa (white broth). Whether you choose a Veg Thali with Bharli Vangi or a Mutton Thali, you get the full regional experience, served with Indrayani rice, homemade chapatis, and a side of Thecha that packs a punch.

Because I source fresh ingredients and cook everything in small, hand-crafted batches, space at these tables is limited. If you are looking for that proper ghar ka khana feel in the middle of a busy city like Mumbai, this is where you will find it. I love meeting new people, sharing a meal, and watching that moment when someone takes their first bite of Mutton Loncha. Chalo, let us eat.
