ESTIMATESAbout Restaurant Pop-ups
My Food, My Story
I’m a Kolhapuri mulgi (girl) who believes in grub, love, happiness. My pop-ups are all about sharing the food my Aai (mother) taught me, not just the fiery red curry you see everywhere. If you’re after proper ghar ka khana (home-cooked food), you’ll feel right at home. My pots and pans? That’s my real jewellery.
What’s a Restaurant Pop-Up?
I bring my kitchen to your city for a few days, teaming up with local spots. It’s a temporary restaurant event - I take over, cook a special menu, and serve dishes close to my heart. You get to try my food in a new place, but only for a short time.
The Vibe
It’s more than just eating. I love sharing stories - how a dish started, memories from my travels, or the masalas we use. The vibe is warm, homely, and always full of chatter. Friends and strangers bond over a thali.
The Jevan (Food)
I serve authentic Kolhapuri food pop-up style, with zhanzhaneet (vibrant) flavours. You’ll find:
- Kolhapuri mutton/chicken curries with Tambda and Pandra rassa
- Saoji and Malvani dishes
- Snacks like Kothimbir Wadi, Misal Pav
- Traveller’s feast: Coorg Mutton, Kerala Beef Roast, Prawns Ghee Roast
Thali Experience
Most pop-ups feature a regional Indian thali experience - veg, chicken, mutton. You get curries, sides, breads, rice, all on one plate.
Heads-Up
Pop-ups run just 2-4 days, so seats go fast. Chalo, let’s eat... aur kya hai!

My Story
Hi! Reshma here - born in Kolhapur, now cooking up storms in Mumbai. Food’s my whole world, really. If you’ve met me, you know I light up talking about it. I want folks to taste the real Kolhapuri food I grew up with, not just the spicy stuff. My Aai’s recipes, the comfort of ghar ka khaana (home food), that’s what I love sharing. Cooking’s taken me everywhere, but my happiest moments? Watching someone’s face when they try Mutton Loncha for the first time.
