The Kolhapuri Thali Experience
This is the heart of my pop-ups, the full regional thali experience. Each thali, whether veg, chicken, or mutton, is a complete meal with curries, sides, breads, and rice, served just like we do at home in Kolhapur.
Signature Mutton & Chicken Curries
My Aai's recipes are the soul of these dishes. I cook authentic Kolhapuri mutton and chicken curries, including the famous Tambda and Pandra rassa, using my family's special tikat masala. It's about zhanzhaneet (vibrant) flavour, not just heat.
Traveller's Feast: Flavours from Across India
My travels inspire my cooking, so you'll often find special dishes from other regions at my pop-ups. This includes coastal favourites like Malvani fish curry and Prawns Ghee Roast, fiery Saoji mutton from Nagpur, and comforting dishes from my journeys through Coorg and Kerala.
Maharashtrian Snacks & Starters (Nashta)
Before the main course, there's always time for some maazedaar snacks. I serve classic Maharashtrian nashta like crispy Kothimbir Wadi, spicy Misal Pav, and various kebabs and chops that I learned from my Aai and friends.
