Our Architectural Process: How We Bring Concepts to Life
Architecture begins with listening. Get a look at the sketches, physical models, and technical planning that drive our studio's approach to human-centric design.
The strength of our firm lies in our people. This is our leadership team, a group of co-creators who have guided our practice's growth and evolution, building a legacy of design excellence and collaborative spirit since 1989.
The design process often begins with a pen and paper. Here, one of our senior architects sketches out initial ideas, a crucial step in translating abstract concepts into tangible architectural forms.
An architect in our studio carefully works on a physical model. Model making is an essential part of our process, allowing us to test spatial relationships, scale, and form in three dimensions.

We celebrate the people who drive our success. This graphic recognizes Manan Soni, a Project Head for Developer Spaces, highlighting our core values of integrity, competence, and creativity.
About this collection
We believe design is a conversation rather than a monologue. Before we draw a single wall, we invest time in understanding site topography, solar orientation, and the daily habits of the people who will inhabit the space. This research-led approach ensures that every structure we develop, whether a private home or a large-scale township, functions as a natural extension of its environment.
From Sketch to Structure
Every project at our studio starts with a pencil and paper. Sketching allows us to test abstract concepts and spatial relationships rapidly. Once we have the core idea, we transition to physical model making. These models help us understand scale, shadow, and volume in a way that digital screens cannot replicate. They allow our architects to literally see how sunlight will hit a facade or how a person will navigate a courtyard.
The Technical Backbone
Once the concept is solid, we move to high-precision digital tools. We utilize BIM (Revit) modeling at LOD 300 to map every beam, conduit, and utility line. This rigor prevents construction errors and ensures that the final building matches the vision we promised. For our residential and township projects, this technical detail extends to our proprietary Design Sustainability Matrix, where we measure energy efficiency, water usage, and material impact to ensure our buildings remain functional and resilient for decades.
A Culture of Collaboration
Our office is more than just a place of work. It is a studio where mentorship and long discussions happen daily. We believe that great architecture is the result of diverse minds coming together. Whether we are discussing the finer details of a facade screen or celebrating a project milestone over a festival lunch, the energy in our studio translates directly into the buildings we create. We are not just building structures, we are fostering communities that prioritize interaction, safety, and long-term sustainability.
