- People come first in every plan. We always try to keep cars separate from daily life. That means creating safe, vehicle-free residential environments with green podiums, parks, and spaces where you can stroll, kids play, and neighbours actually meet each other.
- Nature isn't just for looks. We weave green buffers, shaded walkways, and landscaped courtyards into our layouts. You get that nature-integrated living space vibe, plus a little more peace of mind.
- We think long-term. Our sustainable housing master plans use modular layouts and are ready for future changes or phased growth. We stick to green building ideas so what we make sticks around and stays useful.
What We’ve Done
We’ve built high-rise complexes and designed entire townships. Our Serein project, for example, linked 600 homes with one big urban park so everyone had a spot to unwind. When we plan a township, we look at the land itself - shaping everything from paths to play areas around its natural flow.

My Story
Started out in '89, and honestly, we’re more than just architects now – we’re Edificians. Our studio’s got its own vibe: there’s mentorship, loads of long chats, and yes, some marathon workdays. But we break it up with sports, festivals, and good food – Onam sadhya, Ganesh Chaturthi aarti, you name it. For us, work isn’t just about buildings, it’s about building our own tribe.
