Meet Bala Devi and Grace, a phenomenal duo leading Indian women’s football. Their skill and dedication are redefining what it means to be a world-class athlete, and I am honored to provide the support they need to keep pushing their potential on the global stage.

This is Asha, a mother, a working professional, a runner, and a dedicated member of our community. Her goal was to be functionally fit and move well, and her consistency and positive attitude are an inspiration to everyone at the facility.

Progress is earned, rep by rep. This montage showcases the hard work and dedication of the female athletes I train. From heavy squats to band work and plyometrics, they are consistently building strength and resilience.
