I am proud to partner with organizations like the Chhalaang Sports Foundation, which empowers young girls in rural India through sport. We provide remote strength and conditioning guidance to help these young women build confidence, strength, and belief in themselves.

About Youth Athlete Development

Most kids get pushed into specialising in one sport too early, which is the fastest way to hit overuse injuries or burnout before high school. We don't do that. Instead, we use force plates and video analysis to assess your child's movement patterns, ensuring we build a foundation of coordination and balance first. This isn't just a gym class; it is a systematic approach to making sure they stay healthy enough to actually enjoy the sport they love for years to come.

Why We Focus on Movement Literacy First

Many young athletes enter our facilities with strength in one area but significant deficits in others, often caused by repetitive motions from single-sport training. We start every new athlete with a 90-minute diagnostic session. We look at landing mechanics, hip mobility, and ground reaction forces using actual data, not guesswork. This allows us to identify potential ACL injury risks or biomechanical imbalances before they become a season-ending problem.

Our Methodology

We train movement first. Strength and power are important, but they are useless if the athlete cannot control their body in space. Our programs are structured to:

  • Improve Coordination: We use multi-sport movement patterns to build athleticism that carries over to any game.
  • Manage Load: We monitor training volume to ensure the athlete is recovering as hard as they are training.
  • Use Data-Driven Programming: Through the TeamBuildr app, every workout is logged and adjusted based on the athlete's progress and recovery state.

We operate out of two main studios in Bangalore—Koramangala 5th Block and Jayamahal. Our facilities are designed for performance, featuring Olympic lifting platforms, sled tracks, and the specific equipment needed to build young athletes safely. Whether your child is just starting their sporting journey or competing at a state level, our system ensures they peak when it matters most, not just when they are 13.
