- Coaches: Floor supervision by certified Strength & Conditioning coaches focusing on movement literacy.
- Methodology: Hybrid mix of strength training (barbells, kettlebells) and energy system development (cardio/HIIT).
- App Access: Includes TeamBuildr app subscription for digital logging and workout tracking.
Assessments
- Screening: Full musculoskeletal assessment including jump mat power testing and injury red-flag screening.
- Metrics: Dynamometer strength testing and digital tracking of lifting metrics for progressive overload.
Facility & Recovery
- Environment: Industrial warehouse-style facility with signature "Blue Turf" and indoor weight room. Note: Well-ventilated but not centrally air-conditioned.
- Equipment: Professional functional gear including Sleds, Battle Ropes, Sanguine Rigs, and Safety Squat Bars.
- Recovery: Access to shared recovery station with foam rollers, percussion massage guns, and compression boots.

1-on-1 Performance Personal Training

- Volume: 12 private 1-on-1 sessions per month (approx. 60 minutes each) with a dedicated Performance Coach.
- Program Design: Fully bespoke periodization based on specific goals like marathon prep, ACL return-to-sport, or geriatric strength.
- Technique: Real-time tactile and verbal cueing to correct posture and engagement patterns.
Diagnostics & Strategy
- Deep Assessment: Comprehensive movement screen using handheld dynamometers to identify mobility restrictions and muscle weaknesses.
- Data Monitoring: Continuous load management to prevent overtraining.
- Nutrition: Habit-based nutritional support and basic fueling strategy advice.
Admin & Facility
- Booking: Slot management via Traqade app. Note: Strict 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
- Access: Priority usage of racks and specialty equipment like Trap bars and Swiss bars during peak hours.
- Post-Session: Guided assisted stretching or specific recovery protocols prescribed by the coach.

- Recovery is part of the plan. I’ll show you how to use active recovery, red light therapy, and even simple breathing tricks to bounce back faster.
