How I Work
- Every client starts with a full-body assessment. I use tools like jump mats and dynamometers to check your strength, movement, and spot any injury risks.
- Your plan is built for you—if you’re into cricket, running, or just want to move pain-free, I adjust everything to fit your life.
- Training is a mix of strength work, hybrid strength and cardio training, and functional movement coaching. No boring, endless cardio here.
- Recovery is part of the plan. I’ll show you how to use active recovery, red light therapy, and even simple breathing tricks to bounce back faster.

Hey, Chelston here from Rapid Sport Fitness. We started out just wanting to help athletes, but honestly, now it’s about anyone who wants to move better. Training, rehab, recovery - all in one place, not scattered all over the city. We’re building a big new space, but the vibe’s still the same. Community, real connection, and yeah, those Saturday Surge sessions? Pure energy. Come by, doesn’t matter your level, just show up as you are.
