From pro cricketers to weekend warriors, see how real science, not bro-science, builds power, speed, and long-term resilience.

This is what peak conditioning looks like. I've been working with the Tamil Nadu Tennis Association for the past eight months, and the fitness levels these young athletes have achieved are incredible. We use science-based assessments like the Yo-Yo test to track progress, and these scores show the grit and determination they've put in.

Let's bust a huge myth. I often see athletes avoiding carbohydrates, thinking it's healthy, but for performance, carbs are your best friend. They are the primary fuel for your muscles, essential for energy during long matches and for quick recovery between sessions.

This is the Bulgarian Split Squat Jump, a powerful tool I use to build explosive, single-leg strength. For any sport that requires a quick first step or a powerful leap, this exercise develops the unilateral efficiency and dynamic power that makes a real difference on the field.

It's an incredible feeling to see hard work pay off. This is our Tamil Nadu Cricket Association Under 23 team after winning the KSCA Invitational Tournament. Being part of this journey and helping these exceptional athletes achieve their goals is why I do what I do.

This is why my work is so rewarding. Ramya came to me eight years ago with a running-related ITB syndrome diagnosis. We went on a journey from healing and rehabilitation to building functional strength. Her story is a powerful reminder that a smart, consistent training plan can be transformational.

I believe in teaching the 'why' behind every movement. Here I am at a plyometrics workshop, demonstrating a jump variation to a group of enthusiastic coaches and athletes. My goal is to share the knowledge I've gained so more people can train effectively and safely.

The push-pull reverse lunge is one of my go-to exercises for athletes. It's a compound movement that builds lower body strength, core stability, and coordination all at once. This is a perfect example of how I program functional exercises that directly translate to better performance in any sport.

Working with the next generation of athletes at FC Madras is an amazing experience. This is a group shot after two days of intense fitness testing with the Under 13 and Under 15 boys. Their enthusiasm and raw talent show the bright future of Indian football.

Every athlete I work with, whether a Ranji player or a beginner, starts with a mandatory Musculoskeletal Screening. We do not guess. We use FMS screens, Yo-Yo tests, and 2km runs to map out your specific movement patterns and injury history. This tells us exactly where you are leaking power and what needs to change before you ever lift a heavy barbell.
