We keep things real at Rapid Sport Fitness. Our coach education is all about bridging the gap between textbook theory and what actually works on the ground. If you’re a coach, physio, or athlete who’s tired of the same old myths, you’ll find our approach is built on science and systems we use every day with elite athletes.

What We Offer

  • Our workshops and masterclasses are for pros, not beginners. We go deep into evidence-based coaching workshops, focusing on frameworks you can use right away.
  • Speed and power training for coaches is a big part of our sessions. We cover sprint mechanics, change of direction, and how to make power in the gym show up on the field.
  • ACL rehabilitation education is hands-on. We show you how to structure rehab programs, build back strength, and monitor recovery so athletes return safer and stronger.

Internship Programs

  • Our high-performance internship for coaches and physios is a 3-month, immersive experience. You’ll work directly with athletes and clubs, not just sit in a classroom.
  • We invest in your growth, and if you’re serious, there’s a real career pathway here.

What You’ll Learn

  • Movement literacy masterclass: We start with efficient movement before chasing strength.
  • Practical science: Biomechanics, VBT, plyometrics - all applied, not just theory.
  • Coaching with intent: Every session has a purpose, backed by a clear plan.

My Story

Hey, Chelston here from Rapid Sport Fitness. We started out just wanting to help athletes, but honestly, now it’s about anyone who wants to move better. Training, rehab, recovery - all in one place, not scattered all over the city. We’re building a big new space, but the vibe’s still the same. Community, real connection, and yeah, those Saturday Surge sessions? Pure energy. Come by, doesn’t matter your level, just show up as you are.
