What We Offer
- Our workshops and masterclasses are for pros, not beginners. We go deep into evidence-based coaching workshops, focusing on frameworks you can use right away.
- Speed and power training for coaches is a big part of our sessions. We cover sprint mechanics, change of direction, and how to make power in the gym show up on the field.
- ACL rehabilitation education is hands-on. We show you how to structure rehab programs, build back strength, and monitor recovery so athletes return safer and stronger.
Internship Programs
- Our high-performance internship for coaches and physios is a 3-month, immersive experience. You’ll work directly with athletes and clubs, not just sit in a classroom.
