Pricing Guide
Quarterly Training Program (3 Months)
Training Structure
- Duration: 3 months of coaching coverage
- Frequency: 3 days per week (approx. 36 sessions total)
- Batch Size: Capped at 20 students per group
- Focus: Fundamental ball mastery, passing drills, and small sided games
Kit & Administration
- Uniform: Includes 1 official DSSA jersey and shorts (mandatory for sessions)
- Registration: Includes the one time administrative enrollment fee
Performance Tracking
- Assessment: Standard fitness evaluation for speed and stamina upon joining
- Feedback: Verbal progress update provided at the end of the term
Annual Pro Squad Membership (1 Year)
Core Schedule & Infrastructure
- Duration: 12 months of football coaching
- Frequency: 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat)
- Session Length: 60 minutes per session
- Surface: Training on natural red soil (St. Dominic Savio Ground) or concrete courts for agility
Medical & Physio Support
- Biomechanics: Initial screening by physiotherapists to identify injury risks
- Fitness Testing: Periodic testing of speed, agility, and reaction time
- Care: On field first aid and basic consultation for training strains
Apparel & Equipment
- Kit: 1 set of DSSA official jersey and shorts
- Extras: 1 pair of football stockings
- Gear: Access to agility ladders, cones, hurdles, and training footballs
League & Registration
- Fees: Covers one time academy enrollment charges
- Competition: Eligibility for selection in the SFL (Sports For Life) League squad

Dream, Believe, Achieve - that’s our way of life. I see DSSA as a family first, not just a football academy. We push kids to do their best, but we keep it real. Discipline matters. Chasing the long-term goal matters even more.
Training Without Injuries
Injury is a mood killer, and I’m super strict about avoiding it. Every player goes through our DSSA Medical Assessment. We dig into old injuries, run physical tests for speed, strength, all that jazz - even VO2max. With results, we tweak workouts for each kid. No one-size-fits-all here.
Our in-house sports physios are always around. We want champions, not just good players, so we’re heavy on injury prevention for young athletes.
How We Train
It’s not just about football skills. Sessions cover:
- Strength and conditioning for football kids (think squats, planks, core work)
- Speed and agility with hurdles and cones
- Technique and posture - my coaches never stop correcting form
We run batches both offline (Andheri, Mumbai, at St. Dominic Savio and Holy Family) and online. Only a few seats each batch, so every kid gets proper attention.
Playing and Competing
Our teams get real match experience. We play in SFL Football League (Mumbai Football Association backed). Under-9 squad, Young Guns, came 2nd recently. First tournament, we were runners-up. Not bad, right?
