I’ve been working as a physiotherapist since 1999, and honestly, I see too many women just pushing through pain, thinking it’s normal. Dard ko nazarandaaz mat karo (don’t ignore the pain). My focus is on helping women feel heard and respected, not just treated like a list of symptoms.

Women’s bodies go through a lot—pregnancy, postpartum, periods, hormonal changes. I’ve built this service to offer expert support through all these phases. For mothers and moms-to-be, I use pregnancy-safe physiotherapy to tackle lower back pain, fatigue, posture troubles, and prep your body for a smoother delivery or postpartum recovery.
Endometriosis? It’s tough. I work with specialists to manage pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, and the fatigue that comes with it. You don’t have to handle it alone. For PCOD and PCOS, I design exercise programs that focus on hormone health and managing pain.
