Why I'm Here
Motherhood is wild, beautiful, and honestly, sometimes it hurts. I’m Rachita, and I help moms and moms-to-be move better, feel stronger, and actually enjoy this phase instead of just getting through it.
Support During Pregnancy
Pregnancy shouldn't mean living with aches. I use physiotherapy (no meds involved) to help you:
- Ease back and joint pain (pregnancy back pain relief is my jam)
- Figure out safe ways to sit, stand, lift, and move as your bump grows
- Prep your body for what’s coming in labour and delivery
Getting Strong Again After Baby
Once your baby’s here, I focus on helping you recover and feel like yourself again. My Restore Your Core program is all about:
- Diastasis recti recovery - fixing those separated tummy muscles
- Pelvic floor strengthening for mothers (so you feel more in control and less worried)
- Making sure you’re ready to handle mom life physically
My Approach
Motion is lotion - that means movement heals. I dig deep to find out why you’re hurting and fix it for the long run. I mix:
- Corrective exercises
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Food tips (yep, I’m a certified nutritionist)
- Real talk and home exercise plans - jab aap khud kar sakte ho, tab maza hi kuch aur hai (when you can do it yourself, it’s a whole different vibe)

Your schedule is nuts. I get it. You can come to my Delhi clinic or we can connect online - whatever makes sense for you.

My Story
Hi, I’m Dr. Rachita. Didn’t plan to be a physiotherapist, honestly. Got into it by chance when a friend's dad suggested paramedical as backup. Failed the medical entrance, landed in physiotherapy. First day, clueless. But, working with folks in pain, I just clicked. Now, every patient’s 'thank you' sticks with me. This job isn’t just fixing bodies, it’s about healing minds too. Life steered me here, and I’m glad it did.
My Work
Physiotherapy for pain & injuries - We treat joint pain, spine aches, stroke recovery, neuromuscular issues, and help with posture problems.
Evidence-based treatments - I use exercises, Laser Therapy, IFT, TENS, Ultrasound, Paraffin Wax Baths - not just painkillers.
Home exercise plans - Jaise hi patient 70-80% thik ho jata hai (when patients feel 70-80% better), I teach home exercises so you stay independent.
Motion is lotion - Sitting still isn’t the answer. I help you move, and work on your mindset too. Healing is physical and mental.
Online & clinic consults in Delhi - I treat chronic pain, tingling, stiffness, injuries, stroke recovery. You can book online or visit my Delhi clinic.
