This is my core belief. You don't need to be strong to start, just brave enough to try. Aerial arts gave me a confidence I never knew I was missing, and I created this beginner workshop so you can feel that too.

About Aerial Arts: Learn to Fly
Before you hop on the hoop or pole, we spend the first chunk of every session on mobility and grip strength. It is not just about the pose; it is about prepping your muscles so you feel secure, not shaky, when you are off the ground.
A lot of people think you need to be a gymnast to try aerial arts. That is simply not true. My sessions in Chhatarpur are built for the total beginner. Whether you are looking to try Aerial Hoop (Lyra) or Pole Fitness, the goal is to build your confidence one invert at a time.
Safety is my non-negotiable. I provide hands-on spotting for every move, and we always use thick crash mats so you can experiment without fear of falling. We start with the basics: conditioning, push-pull mechanics, and grip strength. You are not just learning a trick; you are learning how your body moves in the air.
By the end of a session, we work on a specific flow or pose so you leave with something tangible. If you are coming in as a couple or a duo, we also do partner work where we focus on synchronization and trust. It is less like a gym class and more like a private creative session in a space that feels like a sanctuary. Come as you are, and let's get you in the air.
