This is my core belief. You don't need to be strong to start, just brave enough to try. Aerial arts gave me a confidence I never knew I was missing, and I created this beginner workshop so you can feel that too.
From the first nervous steps in the studio to a magical first dance, this is the transformation I love to create. With just two rehearsals, we built a routine that was beautiful, memorable, and uniquely theirs.

Every session here is built on a strict no-judgment policy. Whether you are stepping onto the aerial hoop for the first time or just need a safe space to decompress after a long 9-6 shift, we prioritize your comfort over perfect form. I work directly with you on the mat or under the rig, ensuring you feel confident enough to try, even if you have never danced a step in your life.

I created Divine Movement to be more than just a dance studio. It is a place where you can leave the grind behind. My work spans across different styles, but the goal remains the same: helping you reconnect with your body.

Where We Train
We operate out of my Chhatarpur studio, which is fully equipped with laminate wooden flooring, crash mats for aerial safety, and mood lighting to match the energy of your workout. If you are outside Delhi, my online sessions offer the same personalized feedback, allowing you to learn from your own living room. No commutes, no excuses, just a dedicated hour for yourself. Whether you choose to train solo, as a couple, or bring a friend for an aerial doubles session, the space is yours to own.
