About Personal Training & Student Growth
Every 60-minute session includes more than just movement, we wrap up with a video analysis of your routine. This lets us break down your posture and lines together, ensuring you see exactly where you are progressing and how to adjust your form for the next session.
I started Divine Movement in Chhatarpur because I know how hard it is to maintain a fitness routine when you are caught in the 9-6 grind. My personal training sessions remove the intimidation of a crowded gym or group class. Whether we are focusing on Bollywood technique, building strength for aerial hoop, or just finding comfort in your own skin through movement therapy, the studio is yours alone.
